Worst customer service. I booked a family room and paid for it 4 months before. But when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that their family rooms were not available. Instead, they offered me a smaller room. Electricity was not available for first 4 hours when the temperature outside was 28 degrees Celsius. On top, they promised to provide pick up services from airport but no one showed up. Hence, At 4 AM in the morning, I had to book a taxi with my three children to go to the hotel. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone, specially with family.

Although it is located at the very back of downtown Nadi, it was easy to walk around downtown. I was worried about the low price, but the room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was toast, butter, jam, and coffee.
As for the transfer, the transfer from the airport to the hotel was free, which was very helpful.
On the way back, the hotel took us to Port Denarau for 25 Fijian dollars.
One thing to note is that there are only bath towels in the room. I recommend bringing amenities such as a hair dryer and shampoo. Also, a 25 Fijian dollar deposit is taken at check-in, so you need to have the cash for that amount.

The location is very convenient, the room is a bit old, I didn’t know that if I book a hotel here, I can pick me up at the airport, and I can take a taxi to the hotel by myself, normally 15 Fijian dollars. I don’t understand it when I come here for the first time. If the driver asks me for 20 Fijian dollars, I will give it to me. him.
